Alan Roseman

Over the last 30 years, Alan has focused his career on data delivery and the protection of communication systems and businesses from systemic intrusion. He originally held a Master License in Data, Telephone, Video and Sound and is an expert in the delivery of secure communication dating to the introduction of T1, SLC96, and T5 digital carrier systems. He was on the cutting edge of digital networking and was responsible for the design and installation of hundreds of network systems and the delivery of modern, high-speed dental imaging via a structured cable system.

His company, Alan Roseman Networks, consistently delivered highspeed networking systems for the medical field as well as centralized highly secure client server systems for modern dental practices, law practices, and the Arts. Alan brings his depth of knowledge of data transmission and security to Scribo and is excited to share his passion for digital connectivity with a new generation of users.

Victor Kalimuthu
Co-Founder & EVP

Victor has over 30 years of experience in operations and entrepreneurial management, specializing in high volume operations including having held senior operations positions at a number of leading manufacturers.

Prior to founding Scribo, Victor managed the operations at Hewlett Packard Inkjet Manufacturing in Singapore and worked as a Production Manager at Sankyo Seiki, where he was responsible for managing the company’s Indonesian manufacturing plant, with 6500 workers producing 350 different components. He has a deep background and experience in launching startups in the Healthcare industry, where he developed intuitive HIPAA compliant practice management software focusing on patient data and security. One of his companies develops custom software for clients in the Pharma, Healthcare and Biotech sectors.

Mani Nachimuthu

Mani has over 25 years of experience in the areas of technology architecture, leading-edge software development, and Global IT delivery. He has applied his agile development expertise and managerial skills at a number of leading software companies across a broad array of markets, including healthcare, aeronautics, and the gaming industry. Mani focuses his expertise and leadership at Scribo on our ceaseless efforts to create groundbreaking improvements in IT infrastructure through collaborative strategic planning, expense reduction, and operational readiness.

Prior to joining Scribo, Mani served at Xuenn Pte Ltd in Singapore, where he spearheaded the design, development, and implementation of a gaming website with 2 billion daily users, and which required cutting-edge security features to address the inherent risks of hacker attacks. During his tenure, he grew service revenue from a small $250K project to multiple projects worth over $100 million.

Mani gained in-depth healthcare technology experience at Bram Technologies and Ngee Ann Polytechnic (both in Singapore). He helped to facilitate the study of genetic diversity in ovarian cancer in order to create clinical predictions. In one of his companies, Mani serves as the CTO, designing custom software for clients in the Pharma, Healthcare and Biotech sectors.

Ann-Marie Harrington

Ann-Marie is a experienced, multi-platform executive and national speaker on corporate growth, technology, and marketing, with a nationally-recognized specialty on the effect of today’s changing culture on the modern-day business environment. In 1998 Ann-Marie founded Embolden, a leading digital communications and marketing firm specializing in high-growth sectors, including financial services market, philanthropy, and health care. After Embolden was acquired by a private equity firm in 2014, Ann-Marie focused her energy and unparalleled expertise on developing multiple projects in new and emerging Internet technology, highly personalized service, sound business development strategy, continuing research on the issues and challenges today's businesses face related to culture, return on human capital investment, and internal and external digital communications strategies.

Ann-Marie was named the 2009 Rhode Island Small Business Person of the Year by the U.S. Small Business Administration.
